The life-support systems of the building are designed and executed at the modern level allowing to create maximum comfortable conditions for work.

General ventilation system

The building is equipped with a central general supply and exhaust ventilation and air conditioning system with air cleaning. The direct-flow central ventilation system executed on the basis of equipment of the AIRSET company (Austria), ensures air exchange in office premises at 60 cubic m/hour per person.

Air-conditioning system

The central air conditioning system is completed with two chillers (1800, 1600 kW) of the EMICON company (Italy). To maintain the temperature regime and for the independent temperature control, in each office premise there are individual terminal units (fancoilers) mounted under suspended ceiling.

Heating and water supply system

The central heating system connected to the city heating system of the independent type is intended to ensure comfortable air temperatures in premises up to 25 °C. Heating appliances - radiators with bottom connection are equipped with thermostatic valves for automatic temperature control in each office. The own automated heat point ensures year-round supply of the business center with hot water.

Power supply

Dedicated electric power is 5 172 kVA. Standby power system. Power supply is performed from two independent sources having the 2 category of reliability. In the building there is its own distribution switchboard.

Installed power of low-voltage networks of the lessee is near 100 W per 1 sq.m. of the office useful area.

Fire alarm

Automatic fire alarm system of the Esser company (Germany).
Sprinkler (water) fire-extinguishing - "Octopus" (Russia).
Automation and flow control of the antismoke system - "Sauter" (Switzerland).

Central control system of the building

Control of main life-support systems of the building is performed by means of a flow control system on the basis of equipment of the "Sauter" company (Switzerland).

Development of the project of telecommunication infrastructure of the complex was executed by a licensed provider, CJSC MIAN-Info.

There are:

• corporate digital telephone communication;
• high-speed Internet access (100 Mbps);
• local area network (LAN) with bandwidth up to 1 Gbps;
• installation of structural cable systems on a turn-key basis;
• co-location (placement of the customer's servers in a server room of the complex);
• unlimited number of digital telephone lines.

Any services of modern local area networks are provided, including creating working groups, access and service quality control. For servers there are special server rooms in the complex with air conditioning, UPS, fire safety systems.

Connection to external telephone systems, Internet and data networks is performed through backup fibre-optic channels ensuring high quality, reliability and uninterrupted operation of the communication.
